Fourteen Editions, One Truth: Who Hive Command AI Is Built For

An enterprise architect, a security architect and an ERP program lead can walk through the same data center and describe three different buildings. Each of them is right, and each of them is working from a different inventory, which is why the same organization so often has three answers to the question of what it owns.

Architects do not all need the same dashboard. They do need the same truth. That is the idea behind the way Hive Command AI is packaged.

One evidence layer underneath

Every edition of Hive Command AI runs on the same code base, the same evidence layer and the same governance controls: one golden record per asset, every fact traceable to its source, hash, confidence and approver, and the same governed AI workflow in front of every action. The editions differ in what they surface and who they serve, not in the truth they draw from. When the Security Architect edition flags an exposed service and the Network Architect edition shows the device behind it, they are looking at the same record.

The twelve Architect editions

Enterprise Architect covers estate-wide topology, dependency and lifecycle intelligence for the architecture office. Security Architect delivers exposure evidence, blocked-scope enforcement and framework-mapped findings that a CISO can put in front of an auditor. Network Architect handles the IP scanner, passive observation, SPAN and TAP metadata and read-only device collection with SSH guardrails built in. Cloud Architect reconciles multi-cloud inventory, identity and dependency evidence with on-premises truth, so the cloud console and the CMDB stop telling different stories. ERP Architect provides any-to-any migration intelligence across 74 ERP platforms, with the reconciliation evidence finance will accept.

Endpoint Management gathers device, agent and patch-state evidence across every endpoint console already in use. AI Architect carries the 21-provider catalog, redaction profiles, approval workflow and audit trail for every AI initiative in the estate. Observability and AIOps places estate evidence alongside telemetry, so alerts trace to relationships the CMDB never recorded. Identity, IAM and PAM maps accounts, entitlements and privileged paths to assets and services, with scoped-grant governance. ITSM, CMDB and Asset delivers continuous CMDB reconciliation and business-service maps. GRC and Audit Evidence produces audit packs as a by-product, collected once, mapped to every framework and traceable to source and hash. Data Platform and Integration maps data stores, pipelines and integrations end to end with lineage evidence.

The entry point and the flagship

The entry point is the IP Scanner and Discovery package: no-credential discovery that seeds the asset golden records and opens the upgrade path to any Architect edition. It is the fastest way to see what you actually have, and it asks for nothing but network access to do it.

At the other end sits the Executive Full Platform, which brings all of the editions together under one contract with a cross-domain command view, cross-domain analytics and estate-wide AI governance. It is the layer that ITSM, security, cloud, ERP and AI programs can all trust for the same reason: it shows its work.

Priced by segment, not by usage

Editions are priced by segment and independent of usage, so procurement never becomes the bottleneck and nobody is penalized for discovering more of their own estate. Most customers land with one Architect edition and expand as the evidence layer earns its place. A paid 90-day pilot, on our portable racks or in your environment, is credited against a subscription signed within 60 days.

If you own one of these chairs, the edition built for it is described at https://www.omnihivemind.com/editions, and a pilot can be requested at https://www.omnihivemind.com/contact.
