Omni Hive Mind Is Live: See the Whole Estate, Prove Every Action

Omni Hive Mind is live. We are an Atlanta, Georgia company founded in 2026, and we build Hive Command AI: a security-first, AI-governed command platform for the enterprise technology estate. Discovery, evidence and governed action across networks, cloud, endpoints, identity, ERP and AI, connected or fully offline.

The idea behind it

The idea is simple. Every large organization runs on infrastructure it cannot fully see. Discovery data lives in a dozen tools. CMDBs go stale the week they are finished. ERP migrations stall on undocumented dependencies. Security, audit and AI-governance teams each rebuild the same inventory by hand, and none of them can answer the question an executive actually asks: what do we have, who owns it, what depends on it, and can you prove it?

Hive Command AI is the evidence layer underneath all of that. One golden record per asset. Every fact traceable to its source, hash, confidence and approver. And AI that acts only with human approval, holds zero credentials, and leaves an audit record for every step.

What the platform does

It does three things, in a fixed order. It discovers the estate with nothing exposed, starting from what is on the wire: an IP scanner, no-credential imports and passive observation, backed by 2,169 connector rows across 730 vendors. It turns findings into evidence, reconciling topology, dependencies and gaps into golden records that show their work, so audit packs become a by-product rather than a project. And it governs the AI before it acts: twenty-one providers behind one policy layer, redaction before every call, deny-by-default sharing, and a named human signing off on every action intent.

The platform runs three ways with the same controls in each: as a connected tenant hosted from our Atlanta colocation facility, customer-hosted on your virtualization or Kubernetes, or fully air-gapped on a portable rack with local inference only. It ships as fourteen editions on one evidence layer, from a no-credential IP Scanner and Discovery package to the Executive Full Platform.

Accountable before autonomous

We summarize the design in four words: accountable before autonomous. Security is the operating model, not an appendix. Secrets never reach a prompt, a log or a report, and live writeback stays off until a named human turns it on. We think most of the assistants being wired into operations today will be switched off after their first serious incident. We built the one an organization can leave running.
